Evelyn Low has many years of experience in private practice, with emphasis on employee benefits planning. Her employee benefits expertise includes executive employment agreements, deferred compensations plans, cafeteria plans and all types of retirement plans (401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit, 403(b), IRAs and SEPs). Ms. Low's estate planning expertise includes extensive pre and post-death planning to minimize estate and income taxes.

Ms. Low was an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University from 1978 to 1984 in its Graduate Tax Program, and served on the Executive Committee of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of California, where she rose to Vice Chair. In that capacity, she has testified before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee regarding proposed changes to the tax law.

Ms. Low graduated from the School of Business at U.C. Berkeley in 1971, the School of Law at U.C. Davis in 1975, and earned her LL.M. in taxation from the School of Law at New York University in 1976.
