Kenneth Frost represents individuals and business entities in commercial litigation and class action matters. He has successfully litigated numerous antitrust, securities, unfair competition, and annuity/insurance recovery-related class action cases. Mr. Frost’s experience includes representation of and negotiation on behalf of policyholder class members through the post-class certification and post-settlement claims review process.
Mr. Frost also represents individuals in employment-related complex litigation, including litigation relating to the certification of one or more classes of employees, whether employees can be compelled to arbitrate their claims, and the applicability of California’s Private Attorneys General Act.
In addition to Mr. Frost’s litigation experience, Mr. Frost has volunteered with the “Election Protection” program, assisting voters with access and other voting-related issues.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Law Group, Mr. Frost litigated antitrust and securities class action cases, including cases concerning the high technology, medical device, manufacturing, commodity, and business consulting industries as an associate with Gold Bennett Cera & Sidener, LLP in San Francisco.
Mr. Frost obtained his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and earned his A.B. from Brown University. He is a member of the bars of the State of California and the District of Columbia.
